Base Camp Mule
The breathable and super-comfortable unisex Base Camp Mule is perfect for warm spring and summer days. But it’s more than just the ultimate lounge shoe for base camp and beyond; it’s also our first shoe to incorporate principles of Circular Design. Made with fewer parts and materials, the Base Camp Mule was designed so that consumers can return it to us when they’re done with it. It will be disassembled and the components will be recycled. To reduce our use of cardboard, orders of just this pair of shoes will be shipped in the original shoebox without an additional outer cardboard box. This unisex style uses men’s sizing. - Upper: Breathable upper made with 100% recycled P.E.T. mesh across the top of the foot and a 50% recycled polyester-spandex spacer-mesh heel
- Incorporates principles of circular design, and at the end of its life it will be disassembled and the components will be recycled
- Collapsible heel can be worn up for light support or folded down for easy on/off
- Sole Unit: Fully removable, molded internal footbed made with 30% recycled EVA
- Raised texture on footbed helps to prevent foot slippage and provides additional underfoot comfort
- Durable translucent rubber outsole for protection whether you’re inside or outdoors
- 2 mm lugs for outdoor capability
