Our Winter 2023 Trail Guide

- Stay at Getaway House (Western Catskills)

- Apres Ski at Urban Cowboy Lodge -- To ski or not to ski, that is the question. Either way, visit for the viny DJ sets, local beers and stiff cocktails. 

- Ice Skate at Mohonk Mountain House -- Warm up with hot cocoa in front of the impressive 39-foot-tall stone fireplace. 

- Visit The Clark Institute -- Free admission through March 31. 

- Explore Nature at Pine Hollow Arboretum -- Spend the day exploring the wintery trails. Use their guide to track wildlife such as white tail deer, red foxes, coyotes and a variety of birds. 

Dine: 

- Chleo (Kingston) -- Meet our new neighbor! Tapas / Wine / Wood-Fire Grill

- The New York Restaurant -- American standards with Polish infusions - Yum

- The Aviary -- Dutch & Indonesian influenced dishes that highlight local produce from Hudson Valley farms. 

Discover: 

- Lasting Joy Brewery -- The tasting room is drop-dead gorgeous and there are fun events year round. 

- Vischer Ferry General Store -- Selling cool stuff and serving delicious food.

- Albany Institute of History & Art -- One of the nation's oldest museums!
