Chocolate Chocolate Chip - Our first chocolate marshmallow had us mumbling something like “Whaaaa-yesss-wowww!” And then we ate more. And then we made them ourselves. You’re welcome. Ingredients: Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, filtered water, cocoa powder, organic chocolate chips (organic cane sugar, organic chocolate liquor, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin as an emulsifier, organic vanilla), gelatin, rice starch, natural flavors, sea salt, tapioca starch.
French Toast - What mornings of golden, syrupy french toast do you recall? Pop one of these gooey delights and let a fresh batch of joy stack up in your mind. Ingredients: Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, filtered water, gelatin, sea salt, natural flavors, cinnamon, caramel color.
Salted Caramel - Buttery, sugary caramel is a true craft of the warm kitchens in the Hudson Valley. Our caramel marshmallows were made with that same love and care, from our home to yours. Ingredients: Brown Cane Sugar, Tapioca Syrup, Filtered Water, Cane Sugar, Rice Starch, Gelatin, Molasses, Sea Salt, Tapioca Starch, Vanilla.
Vanilla Bean - These ‘mallows don’t mind being Vanilla. Made with flavorful Madagascar vanilla beans, line up your hot cocoa, your favorite latte, and your skepticism. Ingredients: Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, filtered water, rice starch, gelatin, sea salt, vanilla beans, natural flavors, tapioca starch.
